Kayak305 is a travel and eMarketing website that refers the best kayak outfitters based on recommendations, personal experiences and online reviews and as such we cannot guarantee to you the pleasantness, satisfaction and/or safety of your paddling adventure or quality of paddling equipment that each individual vendor will provide for you.

This website may contain affiliate links for websites that sell products and gear, including but not limited to Amazon, Bote, Columbia and more. Kayak305 reviews the products but makes no warrantees about the product(s), all warrantees if any are set by the seller of the product.

Although Kayak305 makes a small commission on the sale of these products you still pay the same price as if buying directly from the seller, and in some cases, we may even have a discount coupon for you – because we love paddling and because we love you.

Kayak305 has the right to refuse service to any individual. If someone bullies others on our site, or is a confirmed litterbug, gets in our nerves, or is continually mean to animals they will be notified with a courtesy statement to change their ways. Welcome to Kayak305 county.

However, if the rebel user continues disrupting the peace and tranquility of Kayak305 paddling community members, patrons, affiliated vendors and friends they will be kicked “paddled” out… yes, this is our website, and we have the legal right to refuse service, so … booyahh!

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

In-site purchases are processed with a safe and secure 3^rd party/parties, currently we be using a combination of Stripe, WooCommerce, and other safe and secure companies.

We make sure these companies are trusted and legitimate for the safety of YOUR information and the safety or OUR information – I mean, we give these companies our credit cards and access to our bank accounts to use their services for crying out loud! They better be safe!

Don’t worry, we will never ask you for access to your bank account. The purchases you make in our site, including Kayak gear and rentals only require that you pay with a valid credit or debit card.

Refund Policy

For affiliate products: Products purchased on kayak305.com or from a link from kayak305.com please see the refund policy from the retailer you purchased the product from, for example Amazon, Bote or Columbia, etc.

Rental(s) refund: If you booked a tour or rental, please cancel at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled adventure and you will receive a full refund. If cancelled within 2 hours of your reservation we can help you reschedule or provide you with an E-Gift certificate via e-mail that will be valid for up to 1-year. To cancel simply send us an email to hello@kayak305.com and include the name of your reservation, time and date.

Bad Weather Refunds: Weather happens, especially in Florida, especially in the summer mid-day, and that is why we highly recommend morning reservations, or late afternoon reservations.

So, if a rental is cancelled by Kayak305 or any of its affiliated vendors due to severe weather conditions or for any safety reason at all, a full refund will be provided. On that note – please see that we are in the natural environment, and we do not cancel for light rain, overcast skies or any cool temperatures.

Late arrivals and No shows. If you are late, the reservation check-out time will remain the same. If you do not show up for any reason, a refund, E-gift Certificate, or rescheduling the reservation will not be permitted. We be serious about paddling.

Any changes in terms or conditions will be posted on this page and on this site. Hopefully there are none because frankly, I’d rather be writing something else, or just paddling out in the water. Lastly, it is your responsibility to check up on those changes by reviewing this page.
